Credit Packs
Buy additional report runs without upgrading your plan permanently.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add extra report runs to your account. They do not expire and do not affect your subscription.
When to use credits
Use credits when you need more reports than your plan allows this month — for example, onboarding a batch of new clients — without committing to a permanent plan upgrade.
Buying credits
Go to Billing → Credit Packs and choose the pack size. Credits are added immediately after purchase.
Credits are consumed only after your monthly plan allowance is exhausted. Monthly plan reports reset each billing period; credit pack reports never expire.
