Inviting Team Members
Add colleagues to your workspace so they can view, run, and manage reports.
Who can invite
Only the workspace Owner and Admins can send invites. Editors and Viewers cannot invite others.
How to invite someone
- Go to Dashboard → Team.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address and select a role.
- Click Send invite. They receive an email with a join link.
The invite link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, send a new invite.
Accepting an invite
The invited person clicks the link in the email. If they already have a Mavrtr account, they're added to the workspace immediately. If not, they sign up first and then join automatically.
A user can only be a member of one workspace at a time. Accepting an invite to a new workspace removes them from their previous one.

Removing a member
Go to Team, click the kebab menu next to their name, and choose Remove. They lose access immediately. Their reports are not deleted.
