PDF Export

Download a client-ready PDF of any brief.

How to download a PDF

There are three ways to download a brief PDF:

Open the brief and click Download PDF in the top-right action bar.
From the Briefs list, click the kebab menu (⋯) on any completed brief → Download PDF.
From the Briefs page, select multiple briefs and use the bulk Export PDFs button — downloads each as a separate file.

What's in the PDF

The PDF contains the complete brief: cover page with brand logo, executive summary, all customer segments with pain points and desires, ranked ad angles with scores, campaign strategy, CBO structure, and gap analysis (if available on your plan).

White-label PDF (Agency plan)

On the Agency plan, PDFs are white-label: no Mavrtr footer or watermark appears. The brand's own logo is used in the header throughout. Ship these straight to clients.

On the Trial plan, PDFs include a small Mavrtr watermark. Upgrade to Operator or higher to remove it.

If a brand has a white logo, Mavrtr automatically adds a dark background pill behind it in the PDF header so it remains visible on white pages.

Rebuilding a PDF

PDFs are built once at brief completion. If you need to rebuild (e.g. after a bug fix), contact support at support@mavrtr.com.
