What is Mavrtr?
Mavrtr is an AI-powered customer intelligence platform for DTC brands, agencies, and media buyers. You paste a Shopify store URL, choose a product (or the whole brand), and the Mavrtr engine automatically:
- Scrapes the store's product catalogue via the Shopify public API.
- Runs deep web research — reviews, Reddit threads, forum posts, competitor reviews — to find what real buyers say.
- Synthesises 2-3 distinct customer avatars with ranked pain points, desires, objections, and verbatim quotes.
- Generates a campaign strategy — positioning, 5 scored ad angles, hooks, primary text, CTAs, and a full CBO structure.
- Delivers a branded, downloadable PDF report you can hand directly to a media buyer.
The whole process runs in the background while you do other things. You get a notification when it's ready.
Who is it for?
- DTC brand owners who need to understand their own customers more deeply.
- Media buyers who want research-backed angles without spending days on Reddit.
- Agencies that need to onboard a new client's brand quickly.
- Copywriters looking for real customer language, real objections, real quotes.
What Mavrtr is not
Mavrtr is not a generic AI writing tool. It doesn't generate content from nothing. Every output — every avatar, every angle, every objection rebuttal — is grounded in live research from real review platforms, social channels, and forums pulled at the time you run the report. If a quote appears, it came from a real source found during that run.
