By accessing Mavrtr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mavrtr is an AI-powered market research platform. It scrapes publicly accessible product and review data from Shopify stores and third-party sources (Reddit, Trustpilot, competitor ads) to generate customer avatars, ad copy, and campaign strategies.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Mavrtr. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@mavrtr.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or defamatory
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape the Mavrtr platform itself

When you submit a store URL, Mavrtr accesses only publicly available data. You warrant that your use of such data complies with applicable law and the terms of the third-party platforms involved. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect our ability to gather data.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Mavrtr and its underlying technology are owned by us. Reports generated for you are your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavrtr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mavrtr is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
