Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service. Specifically:

Account information

Your name, email address, and an encrypted password.

Usage data

Pages visited, features used, reports generated, and session duration.

Store data

Public product listings and metadata from the Shopify store URLs you submit. We do not access your Shopify admin or use OAuth credentials.

Payment data

Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store card numbers or bank details — all payment data is processed and held by Lemon Squeezy under their own PCI-DSS compliance.

Generate AI-powered research reports for the stores you submit
Operate, maintain, and improve the platform
Communicate about your account, product updates, and support
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues or abuse

Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following sub-processors:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU/US regions)
Cloudflare — edge hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management
Resend — transactional email delivery
OpenRouter / Anthropic — AI model inference used to generate reports (store URLs and product data are sent; no personal account data is shared)
Legal obligations — when required by law or to protect our legal rights
Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@mavrtr.com. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

We use essential session cookies for authentication and preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Security

We implement industry-standard security: HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
